The office was so helpful and supportive in getting me approved and moved in and in a very timely fashion.

|Recommended: YesLoving it So Far — This is a nice quiet complex. I never hear anyone above me moving around or the water flowing which is a plus from the last place I lived. I have been here for two weeks and really love the amenities and the staff are great.

|Recommended: YesThey're called Legends for a reason — My wife and I have lived in this community for about 2 years and we could NOT be happier. The community is very friendly and welcoming, the staff here is professional and they go out of their way to make sure your needs are met. The response speed and quality to service tickets gives you peace of mind that if anything goes wrong, they can handle it or at least get you an answer quickly.
Yes, you pay a bit more then the other complexes to live in this community, but it's gated, safe, and always active well worth the price.
If you're new to the area or just need a change of pace and don't mind apartment living, Legends at Azalea is the place to be.

Jaclyn Lily are the first ladies you meet they go out of their way to help all residents Whenever we needed maintenance, they are here right away to fix. Great amenities pool, club house, fitness center. We have monthly book club, Home Telecom game night food trucks.Have many stores restaurants close to us.

|Recommended: YesNew resident — I just moved in on 20-Dec-24. The apartment complex is beautiful and the location is decent, with stores and restaurants nearby. The traffic can be a hassle depending on the time of day.
The apartment staff is friendly, responsive and welcoming. I received a callback anytime I left a message or sent a email. The units themselves are a decent size along with Walk-in closets and additional storage. The bedrooms can fit standard size furniture Full Queen and King-size furniture in the master bedroom. I have a king-size bed that fits with two dressers.
The monthly rent is fair and competitive with the area market. Overall, it’s a great place to live.
